NEW DIGITAL ADS: Newspaper Homepages Across Montana Slam Tim Sheehy For Plagiarism
Digital ads feature quotes from Montana newspapers the last time a U.S. Senate candidate was embroiled in a plagiarism scandal
BILLINGS – Following reporting that Tim Sheehy plagiarized multiple sections of his book, the Jon Tester campaign is launching new digital ads on newspaper homepages across the state. The ads highlight sharp criticism from Montana newspapers and editorials the last time a U.S. Senate candidate in Montana was embroiled in a plagiarism scandal. Montanans will see the ads on the homepages of the Billings Gazette, the Helena Independent Record, the Missoulian, the Montana Standard, the Ravalli Republic, and Bozeman Daily Chronicle.
Last week, Daily Montanan reported that Sheehy plagiarized at least four sections of the book, the latest scandal and most recent example of his “untrustworthy behavior.”
