Jon fires up Montanans ahead of major statewide canvassing launch
GREAT FALLS – Today, third-generation dirt farmer and U.S. Senator Jon Tester met with a room of fired-up Montanans ahead of a major statewide canvassing launch marking 100 days until Election Day in November.
“Folks in Great Falls and across Montana know that Jon Tester will always fight for our values in Washington, and with 100 days to go before the election, they’re fired up to send the seven-fingered dirt farmer back to the Senate,” said Shelbi Dantic, Montanans for Tester campaign manager. “From Malta to Missoula, Republicans, Independents, and Democrats alike are supporting Jon because he relentlessly defends Montana and will stand up to anyone to ensure the state remains the Last Best Place.”
With 100 days until Election Day on November 5th, enthusiasm is building for Jon. The Montana Democratic Party coordinated campaign, Big Sky Victory, is pounding the pavement and burning shoe leather, knocking more than 50,000 doors and making more than 40,000 phone calls to talk to Montanans about Jon Tester. Nearly 2,000 Montanans have volunteered to talk to their neighbors about why they’re supporting Jon.
